300,000 SF, four-story, two-building state-of-the-art data center complex with office and admin spaces. This building complex includes composite concrete over steel deck slabs, steel wide flange beams, girders, and columns. The high seismic design included special steel moment frames with Durafuse connections and embedded column base details at spread footings. Cooling systems are neatly arranged on the roof of these mission-critical structures.

Ground improvement techniques were used to mitigate liquefaction on the site and improve bearing pressures. Seismic Design Category D.
