$185M, two building complex with a total area of 450,000 SF. The complex consists of 1280 beds on two-tier structural system. The ITR consists of a 512-short term bed housing unit, intake/booking area, elevated storage room and 4 court rooms. This project also included upgrades to the complex’s central plant.
