Special Structural Inspection (SSI)
Special Structural Inspection (SSI) is required by the International Building Code and includes 3rd party oversight of construction progress of the structure to ensure the structural building elements are installed per the intent of the Construction Documents. With full-time, dedicated inspection staff, Pangolin provides another level of quality assurance and control with Special Structural Inspectors that know our process, have direct access to our engineers and can enable construction to progress smoothly.
